What we collect

• Account details: name, email, mobile, business details.
• KYC data required by law, stored encrypted and visible only to authorised compliance staff.
• Billing records: wallet top-ups, invoices and payments (retained as required by tax law).
• Security logs: sign-ins, devices and IP addresses.

Your rights

Signed-in partners can download a copy of their data from Profile. To request correction or erasure, raise a support ticket. KYC and invoice records are retained for the legal period before deletion.
